Oven and broiler safe up to 260°C, but be careful! Stovetop or oven, cast iron gets hot. We recommend using oven mitts or pot holders when it’s time to maneuver your pan.

Hand wash with warm soapy water and dry immediately after (dishwashers not recommended). Only wash fully cooled pans, please!

Deglazing isn’t just for good sauces! You can also deep clean by boiling water and a sprinkle of baking soda, then nudging caked-on bits with a spatula (no scours).

Holds heat extremely well, making it great for browning, crisping, baking, or for keeping dishes warm when serving.
