Hand wash only to preserve the nonstick coating; don’t use abrasive sponges and avoid putting a hot pan in cold water
To deglaze the pan interior, just boil some water with a bit of baking soda, then wipe it down with a gentle sponge
Great for baking, roasting, and almost any kind of oven cooking (it’s safe up to 230°C), but can also be used on the stovetop as a griddle
When the Oven Pan is on the stovetop, use low to medium heat and a couple tablespoons of high smoke point fat to preserve the nonstick (when used as a griddle, the pan will naturally patina on the bottom)
Wipe any spills from the outside of your Ovenware before they get baked in
Use silicone or wood utensils to protect the nonstick coating
