What You'll Need
Ingredients
Infused Gin:
- 1 bottle dry gin
- 1-2 peaches, cut into wedges
- 1 small bunch of basil leaves
Gin & Tonic:
- 2 oz. peach and basil infused gin
- 3 oz. tonic water
- crushed ice
- peach slice and basil leaves for garnish
Directions
Step 1
Combine gin, peaches, and basil in a large carafe or jar and stir to mix.
Step 2
Let gin infuse for 3-4 days. Give it a stir once a day.
Step 3
Strain out gin through a fine mesh strainer.
Step 4
Add ice to glass along with gin and tonic water. Garnish with a fresh peach slice and basil leaves
