Entretien et utilisation

Votre Presse-viande résiste à la chaleur jusqu'à 260 °C. Faites attention de ne pas le faire tomber ou le cogner contre vos ustensiles de cuisine, et évitez de l'utiliser sur des surfaces de cuisson délicates comme les revêtements antiadhésifs en céramique.
Bien que la poignée reste relativement froide lorsqu'elle est utilisée comme poids au-dessus de la poêle, elle deviendra chaude sur un brûleur. Faites preuve de prudence et utilisez des mitaines de four pour la sécurité.
Une fois votre Presse-viande refroidi, lavez-le à la main avec de l'eau chaude savonneuse et séchez-le immédiatement après (le lave-vaisselle n'est pas recommandé).
Utilisez simplement votre Presse-viande comme poids pour assurer un contact uniforme et optimal entre vos aliments et la surface en fonte. Vous pouvez aussi préchauffer directement sur un brûleur séparé pour vraiment accélérer le processus.
