Celebrate Your Way
Each piece in this set is meant to inspire anyone who celebrates Diwali to create their own gathering — hopefully one filled with delicious fried treats like jalebi, gulab jamun, laddu, murukku, pakoras, samosas, puris…we could go on and on!
More About the Fry Set
Skimmer Spoon
Intricate perforations look lovely, and also allow excess oil to drip off. The long, weighted handle feels balanced in hand, so scooping up fried foods (or skimming foam and fat off the top of liquids) is easy.
Cooling Rack
Too pretty to hide away, the Cooling Rack elevates your fried goodies, so excess oil and syrup drain off into the Oven Pan and air circulates, preventing soggy bottoms.
Diyas
The clay diyas represent light over darkness and good over evil. Place them at the entrance of your home or sacred space in the evening to illuminate your Diwali celebration as soon as the sun goes down.
