**We’ll do everything we can to deliver all in-stock items by December 24th via our carrier partners with the following exception:

• Any items listed as “preorder” with expected shipping after the last ship date

Carriers will attempt delivery but we cannot guarantee items will be received (locked gates, no door access, etc. while infrequent, are beyond our control). We highly recommend leaving a note for your delivery driver if you suspect this might occur with specific instructions which may help. Please note, drivers are generally not able to call your phone.
