Close up of the Wonder Oven Pro countertop oven

The Wonder Oven Pro is our pro-level, 30-liter countertop oven designed to do it all — air fry, bake, roast, broil, toast, reheat, proof, and dehydrate — with precise digital control and a design beautiful enough to live on your counter every day. From crispy, golden air fryer oven snacks to bakery-quality loaves, this non toxic air fryer makes every meal easier, faster, and more delicious.

Setting Up Your Wonder Oven Pro

Before your Wonder Oven Pro’s first meal, give it a quick setup for success. Remove all packaging and accessories, then hand-wash the bake pan, crumb tray, wire racks, and air fryer basket in warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly. Quickly wipe down the oven’s interior with a soft, damp cloth to remove any dust from packing or shipping.

Place the oven on a flat, stable surface with at least one inch of clearance on all sides for proper airflow.

Clearance and ventilation: For safe operation, always allow at least one inch of space on all sides and above the oven. Never operate the oven inside cabinets or enclosed storage areas (sometimes called an “appliance garage”), as this can trap heat and create a fire hazard.

We also recommend a short “burn-in” cycle: run the Bake mode at 400°F (200°C) for 10 minutes with no food inside in a well-ventilated space. A small amount of smoke or odor is normal during this step — it’s just the newness burning off.

And one golden rule from here on out: Always insert the crumb tray beneath the bottom heating element before operating. Never use the oven without it. It protects the heating elements and makes clean-up much easier.

How To Use Your Wonder Oven Pro

The Wonder Oven Pro is designed to be intuitive, but knowing a few insider tips can make every recipe shine.

To use:

  1. Press the Power button to activate the digital interface.

  2. Tap to select your mode, then press TEMP or TIME and adjust with the dial. (Hold TEMP for 3 seconds to switch between °F and °C; hold TIME to toggle silent mode.)

  3. Press START to begin cooking.

Note: The oven will automatically preheat on Air Fry, Bake, Roast, Broil, and Reheat modes. Toast, Proof, and Dehydrate skip the preheat so you can get started right away.

Air Fry

Air Fry uses intense heat and rapidly circulating air to create the golden crunch of fried food with little to no added oil. It’s perfect for chicken wings, sweet potato fries, or crispy roasted vegetables. Use the air fryer/dehydrator basket in the middle (Position 2) or top (Position 1) for best airflow, and place the bake pan underneath in Position 2 or 3 when cooking greasy or saucy foods to catch drips.

Pro Tip 💡

Flip food halfway through cooking for the most even browning.

Toast

For breads, bagels, English muffins, croissants, and pastries, Toast mode crisps the outside while keeping the inside soft and fluffy. Both the top and bottom heating elements are active, toasting both sides evenly. Use the wire rack in the middle position (Position 2) for the most consistent results, and avoid placing the bake pan or air fryer basket beneath the rack to allow heat to circulate freely.

Pro Tip 💡

Check out our Toast Guide for a visual chart of how long to toast your bread at 400°F to achieve different levels of browning.

Reheat

Bring leftovers back to life without drying them out. Use the wire rack or bake pan depending on the food. Position 2 works well for most items, while Position 1 keeps messier foods contained. From fridge-cold, a temperature of 300–325°F is ideal; to simply keep food warm, set to 200°F and add 5 mL (1 teaspoon) of water to the steam inlet once preheated for extra moisture.

Pro Tip 💡

Try Reheat on pizza or pastries to restore texture without sacrificing flavor.

Roast

Roast mode delivers high, even heat for meats, poultry, and hearty vegetables, locking in flavor while crisping the exterior. For larger cuts, use the bake pan on the bottom rack (Position 1) to prevent over-browning and catch drippings; smaller roasts work well in Position 2.

Pro Tip 💡

Add 25 mL (one capful) of water via steam infusion after preheating for extra-juicy roasts.

Bake

The classic setting for cookies, breads, cakes, and casseroles, Bake mode evenly distributes heat without the convection fan, which keeps delicate baked goods tender. Use the bake pan or an oven-safe dish in Position 2 for most recipes, or Position 1 for denser dishes.

Pro Tip 💡

For light, airy breads, add 15 mL (3 teaspoons) of water to the steam inlet once preheated.

Broil

Broiling sends intense heat from the top element directly onto your food — ideal for melting cheese, browning casseroles, or caramelizing vegetables. Use the wire rack in Position 3 for high broil or Position 2 for low broil. Keep an eye on your food, as broiling works quickly.

Pro Tip 💡

Move food closer to the element for fast browning, further away for gentler heat.

Dehydrate

Dehydrate mode uses low, steady heat with maximum airflow to dry foods without cooking them — perfect for fruit chips, jerky, or dried herbs. Arrange food in a single layer in the air fryer/dehydrator basket on Position 2 or 3. For items that may drip, place the bake pan beneath.

Pro Tip 💡

Rotate trays halfway through long dehydration cycles for even results.

Proof

Proof mode creates a warm, controlled environment for dough to rise. Place dough on the bake pan or in a heatproof dish on Position 2. Ideal for bread, rolls, pizza dough, and laminated pastry prep.

Pro Tip 💡

Cover dough lightly with a damp towel to prevent drying during long proofs.

Smart Heating & Cooking

The Wonder Oven Pro is engineered to give you precise results every time, no matter what you’re making. Inside, quartz and stainless steel heating elements work together to heat up faster than a conventional oven and cook your food evenly — so you spend less time waiting and more time enjoying.

The convection fan actively circulates air during most cooking modes for even crisping and browning, then automatically shuts off in Bake mode so delicate cakes and breads rise without drying out. Combined with its spacious 30-liter interior and three adjustable rack positions, the Wonder Oven Pro offers exceptional flexibility — you can roast a chicken on the bottom rack, toast garlic bread on the top rack, or bake cookies in the middle without crowding.

The thoughtful oven interior & accessory design also makes for a cleaner cooking experience:

  • Deeper bake pan catches drips, grease, and crumbs before they hit the heating elements.

  • Removable crumb tray slides out beneath the bottom element to protect the oven and make clean up a breeze.

  • Stability tracks on every rack position keep accessories level and secure as you move trays in and out.

For even more versatility, pair your oven with our Essentials Kit or Pro Chef’s Kit, which include specialty pieces like a 12-cup muffin pan, deep roast tray, and perforated stainless steel pizza pan for batch cooking and bigger projects.

Steam Infusion Feature

Our signature steam infusion function brings bakery-level moisture control into your own kitchen — something you won’t find on most air fryers or toaster ovens. Adding a small burst of steam at just the right time can:

  • Keep meats juicy and tender.

  • Help bread loaves develop a light, fluffy crumb.

  • Create perfectly flaky layers in pastries.

Using it is simple:

  1. Preheat your chosen mode — steam infusion works best with Air Fry, Roast, Bake, Broil, Toast, or Reheat.

  2. Remove the water inlet cap (it doubles as a measuring cup).

  3. Add your water — up to 25 mL (5 teaspoons).

  4. Pour into the inlet once the oven is preheated and replace the cap.

Recommended amounts:

  • Bread: 15 mL (3 teaspoons)

  • Chicken or fish: 25 mL (5 teaspoons)

  • Pastries: 10–15 mL (2–3 teaspoons)

Pro Tip 💡

Only add water after preheating. Adding it too early prevents steam from activating. Always use plain water — never oils, broths, or other liquids.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Like any high-performance appliance, the Wonder Oven Pro will reward a little regular care with years of great cooking. We’ve designed every part to be as easy to clean as possible, but there are a few rules worth following:

  • Hand-wash for longevity: The bake pan, wire racks, air fryer basket and crumb tray should never go in the dishwasher. Hand-washing will keep them looking and performing their best.

  • Cool before cleaning: Always unplug the oven and let it cool completely before wiping down the interior.

  • Use gentle cleaners: Wipe the walls and base with a soft, damp cloth or non-abrasive sponge and mild soap. Avoid harsh abrasives, oven sprays, or steel wool pads, which can damage the finish.

  • Deep clean occasionally: For stubborn spots, make a gentle paste of baking soda and vinegar. Spread it on the affected area, let sit for a few minutes, then wipe clean with a damp cloth.

  • Care for the heating elements: Gently wipe quartz elements with a damp cloth only — never scrub, remove, or touch the protective cage.

  • Maintain the crumb tray: Empty and clean it regularly to prevent smoking and carbonized residue.

Pro Tip 💡

Wipe down the top interior after cooking greasy foods to prevent build-up and smoke during future use.

Safety Features You’ll Love

We’ve built the Wonder Oven Pro with thoughtful safety features that make it as dependable as it is versatile:

  • Auto light activation: The interior light turns on automatically when you open the door, making it easy to check on your food. You can also toggle it manually to see inside without opening the door and letting heat escape.

  • Pause-and-resume timer: Opening the door mid-cook pauses the timer; closing it resumes cooking right where you left off.

  • Auto shut-off: After your timer ends, the oven enters standby mode, then powers off completely after five minutes of inactivity.

  • Always use the crumb tray: It protects the oven and keeps drips from causing smoke or fire.

These details may seem small, but they’re exactly what make the Wonder Oven Pro safe for daily use and easy to integrate into your kitchen routine.
