- 3.5 cm. height, 32 cm. diameter (perfectly-sized for your Always Pan)
- 1.4 kg.
- Oven and microwave safe up to 176˚C
- Careful when taking out! Platter will be hot
- Dishwasher safe, but we recommend hand washing for best results
- Avoid extreme temperature changes, such as from the fridge to oven or microwave

Created for Nowruz as a love letter to tahdig, the Flipping Platter quickly got a lot of fans. Since food flipping is a celebrated tradition across many cultures, we brought it back in collaboration with local artists just for your place.
